Payment & Cancellation Policy

Booking & Deposit

  • To confirm your tour, we require a small deposit, payable via Wise or PayPal.

  • Your booking will be considered fully confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Remaining Balance

  • The remaining balance is to be paid in cash to your driver on the first day of your trip.

  • If you prefer to pay the full amount online instead of cash, please inform us in advance so we can provide our Wise or PayPal details.

Online Full Payment Options

  • Wise: Full payment online is available with no extra fees.

  • PayPal: Full payment online is also possible; however, a 5% additional fee applies to cover PayPal charges.

  • Credit Cards: Currently, we do not accept credit card payments.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation is available up to 15 days before the departure date, and the deposit will be fully refunded.

  • If the trip is cancelled within 15 days of the departure date, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

  • However, the deposit remains fully transferable to a future rescheduled tour with new dates of your choice (subject to availability).

Additional Terms & Information (Suggested add-ons)

1. Flexibility for Date Changes
  • You can modify your travel dates free of charge as long as we are notified at least 15 days in advance.

  • Last-minute date changes (made within 15 days) will depend on availability.

2. No-Show Policy
  • If travellers do not show up on the scheduled day without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to future bookings.

3. Tour Modifications
  • Minor modifications to the itinerary can be arranged before or during the tour, depending on feasibility and availability.

  • Significant changes may affect the total price.

4. Responsibility for Payment Method Fees
  • Any additional transfer fees, currency conversion fees, or platform charges (except our PayPal 5% fee) are the responsibility of the guest.

5. Travel Insurance (Optional but Recommended)
  • We highly recommend that travellers purchase personal travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical expenses, and lost luggage.

6. Group Bookings
  • For groups of 5 or more, customised payment plans may be arranged upon request.

7. Confirmation Receipt
  • After receiving your deposit or full payment, you will receive a booking confirmation summarising your tour details, inclusions, and payment status.
